MLM junior employees support children palliative care initiative
Every year around Christmas the need for cookies and sweets seems to rise all over the world. This counts also true for all MLM employees. Three young team members decided to take benefit from that sugar craving and sold waffles with different toppings to their colleagues.
The money raised was meant to be donated to a children’s palliative care station called “Insel Tobi” in Mönchengladbach. Needless to say that the waffles were a great success and the MLM staff and management team raised €450.
Today Anna, Willi and Tim were very happy to hand over the donation to the honorary chairman Michaela Hölzle. The “Insel Tobi” is active for ten years now and provides four very lovingly decorated rooms, where incurable, chronically ill children can go on vacation, as Michaela called it. With the donations from the MLM team she will, amongst other things, visit a therapeutic animal farm where the children get in contact with agate snails and are chicken.
Both stimulate the children’s senses in a very unique way. Since the project relies to a 100% on donations Michaela was very grateful and thanked Anna, Tim and Willi for their initiative and the whole MLM team for their generous donation.
