Dr. Katja Neuer elected as new chair woman of the GCP-group of the DGGF
The GCP-working group within the German Society for Good Research Practice (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Gute Forschungspraxis, DGGF) addresses various subjects in relation with the conduct of clinical trials, from regulatory submission for clinical studies over monitoring, clinical laboratory aspects to audits, inspections and new guidelines.
Dr. Neuer has been member of this Group sind 2012 and has now been elected as chair woman after Christiane Hartlieb decided to step back after 12 years successful leadership. The German Society for Good Research Practice was founded as a legal entity in 1995 by 14 members of an informal discussion group which had already been in existence for several years.
Today it has more than 900 members – mainly from Germany, but also from Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain and the USA. An annual conference is the platform for the discussion of good practice related matters for quality experts from the industry and authorities.
