On June 29, 2018 MLM’s laboratory director Dr. Josef van Helden has held his inaugural lecture as an assistant professor (Privatdozent) at the medical faculty of the University of Technology in Aachen on the history, biology and diagnostics of the anti-Mueller hormone. The anti-Mueller hormone plays a key role in the female fertile control and is an important diagnostic marker for the assessment of reproductiveness. With the assistant professorship Dr. van Helden achieved another milestone in his career as physician, scientist and lab director. We congratulate Dr. van Helden to this major step and are very happy to have such a renowned expert in our team.
